 DESIGNER

 ASHTON Designer of CODE, MICROSALON, and Oklahoma City local. Ashton’s focus is to bring clients a different, more personalized salon experience. His focus behind the chair is creating sculpted layered haircuts and educating clients on hair care and styling. Outside of client hours, Ashton hosts intimate cutting classes at the salon for local hairdressers and creates content for his emerging YouTube and TikTok accounts. SYDNEY Co – Stylist at CODE.MICROSALON and 10-year hairstylist.

Sydney focuses on creating a luxurious experience for her clients no matter what service she is doing. Alongside working behind the chair, Sydney offers on-location hair and makeup services for Bridal or special occasion clients. . BEAUTY INDUSTRY: 

 I entered the professional beauty industry in 2003, near my hometown of Boston. I acquired numerous haircutting techniques created by Paul Mitchell, Vidal Sassoon, and Toni & Guy platform artists. To advance my first passion, men’s grooming, I trained with various Master Barbers. In 2005, I honed the art of color with Redken and still attend advanced training classes at the Exchange in New York City.

I attended Global Sessions London 2015 and learned basic, advanced, avant-garde, and runway hair techniques Customizing hair for every individual is very important to me. In middle school, I watched my older brother cry after getting haircuts. No one knew how to cut his hair because it wasn’t a traditional texture. It killed his confidence. Once I took up styling, I saw how my clients’ self-confidence would transform after getting a customized can cut as if unlocked by a magic code. The core of my work is delivering this experience, time and time again.

 Hair Code’s mission is to help our clients feel and look confident. We use a variety of techniques to customize style, listen carefully, decode individuality, and utilize an arsenal

deliver outstanding results to individuals of any age and type, whether they want a classic or fashionable look.  

REVIEWS:

My partner went to this salon on Oct 17 expecting to have a premium haircut, but he instead got a very bad and uneven haircut. One side is one inch longer than the other, with uneven strands on both sides. He didn’t notice at the beginning but as the hair started to grow it became obvious. The salon was very nice, and the people were friendly, but it is unacceptable to pay 80 dollars for a haircut with such a basic mistake as not ensuring both sides are even.
